St. Francis Cares

A gentle reminder about St. Francis Cares: What is St. Francis Cares? Our mission is to deliver a comprehensive pastoral care program rooted in the principles of shepherding God’s people. It is facilitated by two supporting ministries: Shepherds (lay members who regularly contact parishioners who cannot attend regular services for a period of time because of health or other personal reasons) and Eucharistic Visitors (lay members who are trained to deliver communion the Eucharist to individuals unable to attend services). If you are in need of either or both ministries, please reach out. We have trained volunteers and clergy here to help you.
