About St. Francis in-the-Field

St. Francis in-the-Field (SFITF) is a dynamic Episcopal parish in a rapidly growing area of the country.

Welcome! We’re so glad you’re here! St. Francis is situated near the Nocatee community development, one of the fastest growing planned communities in America. At St. Francis in-the-Field, we believe in a loving, liberating, and life-giving God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  We believe in following the teachings of Jesus Christ, whose life, death, and resurrection saved the world.  Most importantly, we have a legacy of aspiring to tell and exemplify God’s love for every human being.  Simply put: we believe that God loves you-no exceptions. 

St. Francis is diverse in age, yet is experiencing tremendous growth among families with children. This is due to the excellent programs we offer for children and teenagers, both middle school and high school and through a rapidly developing Early Learning Program called “The Little Flowers of St. Francis.” Information about all these ministries can be found here.

Worship is one of the intentional places we meet God. We offer worship, in an engaging and vibrant manner on Sunday mornings at 8:00 am and 10:00 am. More about our worship philosophy as well as times of services can be found here.
