Overview:

This Lent, join us as we embark on a six-week journey to explore the very core of our faith; Jesus Christ.  Jesus: The Heart of Christianity" will guide us through key scriptural passages, encouraging us to consider how Jesus' words and actions shape our understanding of discipleship, forgiveness, and hope. We'll explore questions like: Who is Jesus? What does it mean to follow him? And how can we live out his teachings in our daily lives?

  • March 9 Session 1: "The Kingdom of God": How does Jesus' vision of the Kingdom challenge the way we live?

  • March 16 Session 2: "Jesus' Identity”: How do you understand Jesus' identity today?

  • March 23 Session 3: "Love and Compassion": Who are the "neighbors" in our lives that we might be overlooking?

  • March 30 Session 4: "Forgiveness and Grace": How can we extend forgiveness and grace to others in our lives?

  • April 6 Session 5: “The Cost of Discipleship": How does Jesus' call to discipleship challenge our comfort and security?.

  • April 13 Session 6: "Hope and Resurrection": How can we live as people of hope in a world that often feels hopeless?
